Step 01:
Go to t-code SE37 and execute Funcntion Module SE16N_INTERFACE.
Step 02:
Enter the dictionary table name you want to edit in the import parameter I_TAB. Enter "X" in I_EDIT and enter "X" for I_SAPEDIT. Execute the function module.
Step 03:
The table will be opened in editable mode. Make the changes and save.
